Most of our orders are shipped via DHL in the UK and DHL Express, DPD or FedEx for international destinations. Tracking is provided on all shipments. You can track your delivery using a tracking code that will be provided through email when your product is dispatched.
As a rule of thumb, we aim to deliver to all UK customers within 4 working days and all International customers within 6 working days. For international shipments, the price of shipping will vary depending on the size and weight of the order but we aim to keep all shipping costs to a minimum.
We currently ship to 16 countries through our website which can be seen in the table below. If your country is not displayed, then please get in touch via the “Contact” page and we will provide you with an individual shipping quote.

Please note that we don’t make any profit on shipping and where possible, we try to subsidise high shipping charges as best as we can.
Please also be aware that some countries may charge import/customs duties on products, although most of our products will fall beneath the threshold for such charges. Such charges vary over time as tariffs change so we recommend exploring tariffs for your particular country to understand the local rules. Our products fall under tariff code 94 03 7000 00.
